Redesigning of Spa Cap Spa Covers
It is a fact that hot tubs and hot tub covers that we commonly see in showrooms today are redesigns of the olden units. Redesigning is done finding several ways to heat the water coming from the numerous jets of the spa. Thinking along this line, you can just imagine the expense involved in making this possible.
There is a problem in the insulation of spas wherein water is not always maintained at the same hot temperature. It gets cool after a time and it is difficult to keep it warm even if it is covered, and this is supposed to be an important feature of a spa. Because of this, manufacturers keep redesigning spa covers in answer to this problem.
Hot tub covers were found out to be the root cause of lowering the spa water temperature. How did this come about? Spa covers that are made of rigid foam get saturated with water from the spa which evaporates as steam. After a time, it falls back into the spa in the form of cool water as it condenses. It is then the reason for the cooling of the spa water. And of course! Nobody would like to immerse themselves in cool watered spa, right?
Rigid foam spa covers makes the spa water cold because the air spaces in it become filled with moisture coming from the steam produced by the heated water of the spa. Later, as this continues as a cycle, the foam becomes more and more saturated. The foam will lose its insulating value in time because it is not designed to be used in a moist area in the first place. You will later find out that the rigid foam cover is slowly deteriorating and needs to be replaced again.
There are already too many spa cover designs sold in the market and replacements still works the same way as the first ones. This is because even if you are buying a new one, it is still made of the same materials as before. Manufacturers still sell the spa cover redesigned but constructed of the same material. There is already too much money on the part of consumers being made in buying replacements and will end up the same way. They will tell consumers to change, getting them to look at their latest models, but will still function poorly in the issue of insulation.
Until such time when there is already a new cover designed that works excellently in insulating the warmth water of the spa, allowing users to enjoy it no matter what time of day. SpaCap spa covers are made of air technology to insulate the spa and spa owners are already satisfied after its purchase because it works exactly the way they want it to.
